Ascott to manage Tiffani by i-Zen

High-end developer Aseana Properties Ltd, through its manager, Ireka Development Sdn Bhd, has appointed the Ascott Limited, the world’s largest operator of serviced residence to operate and manage 147 corporate leasing units in Tiffani by i-ZEN. It will be the first residential development that Ascott will manage within the expatriate enclave of Mont’ Kiara.

Both parties lauded the partnership as one that sets a new standard for luxurious condominium living in the exclusive Mont’ Kiara enclave.

The 147 fully-furnished apartments in Tiffani by i-ZEN include double and triple bedroom units with air conditioners, wardrobes, water heaters and spacious kitchens complete with built-in cabinet and appliances. Amenities include a concierge, housekeeping and laundry services on a pay-per-use basis, a sky infinity pool, tennis courts, squash and half basketball courts, a jogging track with exercise stations, a gym and The Sanctuary, a 4,000 sq ft courtyard retreat.

London-listed Aseana Properties Ltd undertakes property development in Malaysia and Vietnam while Ireka Development Sdn Bhd is its exclusive development manager. Ireka has the distinction of creating the i-ZEN brand of luxury properties in Mont Kiara.

Seri Maya is a condominium comprising of lowrise and highrise apartments with a total units of 1400 apartment approximately. There are 2 lap pools, 3 gymansiums, 3 children playgrounds and 24hr security.
