The U-shaped floor plan encircles an amazing outdoor entertaining area – ideal, whether your idea of “entertaining” is lounging by the pool and soaking us some sun solo, or hosting the party of the season for the whole neighborhood. As you enter the open-concept home design, you’re welcomed by the kitchen, living and dining area, all blending into one another but each offering a distinct style and function. The kitchen has an industrial-chic edge, with concrete and crisp, straight lines setting the tone. Another contemporary feature, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls are really cool, offering eternal views of the lovely landscaped outdoors and pool area. That’s not to imply this house is “cold” – the warm, honey-colored wood, both inside and put, really warms us the look and feel.
