Malaysian property show targets wealthy Indonesians

Malaysia Property Incorporated (MPI) will feature real estate projects from its most established developers at the upcoming property show, held at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta between November 12-13.
The event will showcase recent developments from Dijaya Corporation Bhd, 101 Properties Bhd and Land & General Bhd among others. Property Talk International will co-host the two-day event and will serve as a platform to give visitors an overview of the property investment options.
The show hopes to attract affluent Indonesians who are likely to invest in strategically located neighboring countries like Malaysia. Since overseas investors are buying property for their children who are pursuing education in Malaysia or as a holiday home, the show will also provide information about education opportunities and the benefits of Malaysia My Second Home programme.
