Menara Aik Hua commands the great view of the surrounding greenery of Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve and remaining green pocket of Bukit Ceylon, and unobstructed view of Menara KL which is located just a stone’s throw away from the tower.

As usual, high parking fee is a normal issue for the employees working in the centre of Kuala Lumpur. If you do not mind leaving your car in hot sun and rain, there are 2 open car parks next to Plaza MCB and also opposite Menara Aik Hua which charge about RM5 for a whole day parking.

The rental rate of Menara Aik Hua is quite high considering that it is a very old building. However, you may not find anything lower than this rate in the city centre area but you can definitely opt for newer office towers with the same budget.
