Menara Weld (also known as The Weld) is a mixed property that consists of a commercial office tower that stands 26 storeys high. 6 of its lower floors are retail and F&B outlets. Analysis

Menara Weld is indeed a cozy business and shopping facility all in one roof. A bustling presence 7 days a week, it is within walking distance to the Raja Chulan Monorail station, and slightly further away, Bukit Nanas Monorail and Dang Wangi LRT Station. Every cab company will know this landmark that is bypassed on its route towards the KLCC or even Bukit Bintang area.
The recent refurbishment and facelift given to Menara Weld in 2006 was a breath of fresh air to the surroundings and much needed upgrade, being a matured building. Rental per sq. ft is compatible to its neighboring office towers. Owned by Great Eastern Life Assurance (M), Menara Weld continues to be a steady force in the KL commercial property.

Seri Maya is a condominium comprising of lowrise and highrise apartments with a total units of 1400 apartment approximately.
