Menara Park (formerly known as Menara KUB) is a 24-storey corporate office tower situated at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, in the heart of the KLCC vicinity. It is actually part of Megan Avenue 2 corporate office building.

Analysis

Menara Park is conveniently located at Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle, and easily reachable via private and public transportation. Tenants can also enjoy the convenience of the many amenities within walking distance.
However, traffic jam along Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is very notorious during rush hours that includes office break hour. The congestion is unavoidable as Jalan Yap Kwan Seng is the only access road to Menara Park. In addition, the congestion also continues to the nearby roads that include Jalan Ampang, Jalan Tun Razak, and Jalan P Ramlee.

Seri Maya is a condominium comprising of lowrise and highrise apartments with a total units of 1400 apartment approximately.
